Home & Business WiFi

Without The Phone Line

Our latest home & business WiFi deals are here:

Connection to our Fibrewave WiFi service is simple - You don't need a phone line, so instead we fit a small digital antenna on the roof or the side wall outside of your home, business, caravan or lodge.

A network cable is then run from the outdoor receiver unit, to the inside of your property, where it can be connected to a WiFi Hub / directly into a games console / laptop / desktop PC / network switch, or to your existing WiFi router if it is fibre / cable compatible. It will not work with a phone line only modem router.

Usually we can run the cable to wherever you would like it fitted. The engineer can also help get your devices connected if required when ordering a WiFi hub from us.

How it works: Sign up to the package you would like, if you have a discount code please enter this before you check out and pay the one-off connection charge, alternatively if you would prefer to pay to activate the service on the day the connection is installed, you can select the manual payment option at the ordering checkout.

The connection charge includes the first Month of service on any package, so you pay the Monthly fee from the second Month for the package of your choice.

The service is currently available in 95% of East Yorkshire including Hull, Beverley, Cottingham, Hessle, plus all of the Villages close to these locations, and on all Yorkshire East coast caravan sites. If you require a coverage check prior to ordering please contact us with a postcode.

Installation usually takes around 1 - 2 hours on average and in around 14 working days from the date of your order on our website.

Due to the global chip shortage, some products may be out of stock. We are processing as many orders as possible. If a product or service should be unavailable, either check back at a later date; or if you send us an availably request for any products which are not currently available, we will prioritise your order as soon as we obtain equipment from a supplier.

We are very sorry about this current situation, and we have been advised that our back orders are due for delivery between mid-end May 2022. However we are working as hard as possible by purchasing individual units from various suppliers until we can get full order processing operational again during May 2022.
