Call Forwarding

Allows users to forward incoming calls to another phone number or extension, which can be useful when users are out of the office or unavailable.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

An IVR system allows callers to interact with the phone system using voice commands or touch-tone keypads to select different options when they call you, for example press 1 for sales, 2 for support etc.

Voicemail

We offer voicemail functionality, which allows callers to leave messages when users are unavailable. Messages can be listned to, and emailled as a sound WAV file

Caller ID

Caller ID, comes as standard and allows users to see the name and / or phone number of the caller before answering the call.

Auto-attendant:

Can be configured to include which greets callers and offers a menu of options to direct their call to the appropriate person or department.

Call Recording

Can be configured to record calls, which can be useful for training purposes or to ensure PCI compliance with legal requirements.

Number Blocking (Blacklist / Whitelist)

When you receive unwanted calls, it is possible to add them to a list of blocked numbers, or create a white list of numbers which are the only numbers allowed to call you. This can be useful to stop unsolicited sales calls or unwanted telemarketing calls. We can also register your number with the telephone preference service to further reduce calls in the first place
